The Tasmanian Gaelic Football and Hurling Association (TGFHA) operates a four-team, seven-a-side mixed social league in Hobart each year, with teams competing for the Kieran Middleton Cup between October and December. Affiliated with the Australasia Gaelic Games, the association also hosts an annual St Patrick’s Day match between the Northern Shamrocks and the Hobart Celts for the Mairtin Mac Mathuna Cup.
